Sorst Streckmetall
Sorst Streckmetall is a specialist manufacturer of expanded metal based in Hanover, Germany, and our sister company within the Meiser Group. With decades of experience, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality expanded metal mesh solutions to customers across Europe and international markets.
Sorst Streckmetall produces approximately 6,000 tonnes each year, working with a wide range of materials including aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Their production capability covers an extensive range of mesh sizes, from precision micromesh used in filtration and automotive applications to large-format meshes designed for architectural façades, screening and industrial systems.
Their products are used across sectors including construction, filtration, mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing. Expanded metal mesh provides an effective balance of strength, low weight, visibility and airflow, making it well suited to applications such as façades, walkways, ventilation systems, machine guarding and protective structures.
A range of surface treatments and finishes is also available to enhance durability and appearance in demanding environments.
