Expanded metal has multiple applications in the aviation industry – Russell Lobb spotted these jet blast screens at Rhodes Airport, which have been built with expanded metal mesh.
Barcelona’s famous cathedral attracts thousands of visitors a day and is one of Europe’s most prominent landmarks. It’s protected by expanded metal security fencing – thanks to Peter South from PS Mesh and Engineering for sending this in. Click here for some info on our own high security fencing ranges.
This 'bilbao' style mesh is being used a plant covering screen at the top of a lift – it was spotted near the Tesco Extra store in Gateshead by Paul Bushnell. There’s more information on architectural mesh here…
Expanded metal has multiple applications in shopfitting – here it has been used to create attractive shelving in the interior of the Nando’s restaurant in Harrogate. Thanks to Philip Astley for spotting this!
